Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the gin, sloe gin, lemon juice, orgeat, vanilla bitters and egg white to a shaker without ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
