Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the honey syrup, gin, lemon juice and red apple.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Pour through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice and blueberries.
  5. Homemade blueberry & apple shrub:
  6. Put 200 g frozen blueberries, 200 ml apple vinegar and 50 g fructose in a pot.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Strain and pour into a bottle.
