Instructions

  1. Pour the sambuca into a shot glass.
  2. Hold a bar spoon against the inside of the glass, just above the sambuca, and pour the Baileys slowly over its back.
  3. Pour the grenadine in the same way as the last layer.
  4. Serve straight away, before the layers start to blend.
