Build Bourbon, St-Germain, Lemon Juice, Ginger Beer in a highball glass over ice.

The Skeleton Key was born at Michael Symon’s Roast in Detroit. It spent a few days on the menu without a name until its rusty hue reminded me of the skeleton keys from my grandparents’ home, unlocking memories and inspiration.
