- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the pineapple juice, Bénédictine, Triple Sec, Cherry Heering, Angostura bitters, Gin, lime juice and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into the ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water and stir lightly.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry on a stick, like a sail. Serve with straws.
