The Raffles Singapore Sling is a variation on the classic gin sling. My research indicates that this version could be the true original recipe, more so than others. Embury notes that no two recipes for this drink are ever the same. While it might have been created between 1912 and 1921, 1915 stands out as a probable year of its inception.
