Siege of Constantinople

Shake Raki, Vodka, Gomme Syrup, Angostura Bitters with ice. Strain into a coupe.
The Siege of Constantinople cocktail came about when experimenting with a new batch of chile-infused vodka. Inspired by a trip to Istanbul, where I picked up the Raki, I wanted to recreate some of the sensory experiences from that visit, leading to the drink's unique moniker.
