Instructions

  1. Add 15 ml 1/ Cucumber Simple Syrup and 22 ml 3/ Lime Juice to a shaker and muddle gently.
  2. Add 44 ml Gin, 22 ml 3/ Honeydew Melon Juice, and 7 ml 1/ Green Chartreuse and fill with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with -5 muddled mint leaves.
