- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Add the grapefruit preserve and white rum to a shaker and stir until the preserve has dissolved into the rum.
- Add the pomegranate juice, triple sec, lime juice, St-Germain and cranberry juice, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake until cold and fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Flame an orange zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
