- Add 22.5 ml White Rum, 15 ml Licor 43, 15 ml Vanilla Vodka, 30 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk Syrup, 3.75 ml 0.75 Tsp (3.75 Ml) 20% Saline Solution, and 2 drops Blue Food Dye to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
