- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add the white rum, Licor 43, vanilla vodka, sweetened condensed milk syrup, saline solution and blue food dye to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold and frosted.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
