Instructions

  1. Muddle the pineapple with tartaric acid, then combine with the other liquors.
  2. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Next, strain the mixture into milk, stir gently, and let it sit for another 5 minutes until curdled.
  4. Strain through a wet Chemex filter into a carafe in the fridge overnight.
  5. Transfer to a jar and label when ready.
