Instructions

  1. Place the Mint Sprig leaves in a shaker and muddle gently to release the aroma.
  2. Add the Gin, Orange Juice and Simple Syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until cold.

  5. Top with Tonic Water.
