Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Passoã, gin, lime juice, pineapple juice, honey liqueur and Peychaud's bitters.
  2. Shake until the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
