Instructions

  1. Shake mezcal, amaro, honey syrup, and lime juice (including several mint leaves) in a Boston shaker with full ice for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain into glass.
  3. Sometimes I include some of the shaker ice, sometimes I drink it neat.
  4. Some add a splash of Topo Chico to top off, but not necessary.
