Stir the ingredients and strain over a large ice into a glass. Put a small piece of Yuzu peel on the ice. Note) Yuzu peel has strong fragrance. So even the tiny piece is enough for garnish. The large or typical sized zest for garnish spoils the cocktail. So don't make it large to serve.
