Instructions

  1. Combine the syrup, mint leaves, and grapes at the bottom of a Collins glass.
  2. Crush ice and add it to the glass along with bourbon.
  3. If desired, top off with soda.
  4. Stir vigorously until the glass is frosted over.
  5. Garnish by wrapping a grape soaked in bourbon inside a pressed mint leaf and adding a lemon twist.
