Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the orange, cream sherry, apricot brandy, dark rum and lemon juice to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
