Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the lemon juice, tomato juice and white rum, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with black pepper and fresh cucumber.
