- Chill a coupe.
- Muddle the Fresh Dill in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the Gin, Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a Dill sprig and a pinch of red, black and white pepper.
