The Eden Terrace Fizz came about when a lady asked for something fruity and refreshing. Initially, I planned to use white rum, but since we were out, I opted for what was handy—Appletons. Later, I adjusted the recipe for an Appletons Rum competition, ensuring that the apple-flavored rum stood out while keeping it simple with easily available ingredients.

Instructions
