Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a shaker until they break down.
  3. Add the simple syrup, vodka, gin and limoncello, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the coupe.
  6. Garnish by floating a raspberry on top.
