- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Crush the raspberries to a pulp in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the Giffard Crème de framboise, gin and Angostura bitters, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Fine strain into the chilled glass so no seeds get through.
- Garnish with raspberries.
