Instructions

  1. Add the whiskey, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with the lemon-lime soda.
  5. Pour the Chambord slowly around the surface of the drink. It sinks through the glass and leaves coloured threads.
  6. Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries.
