Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the lemon juice, bourbon, triple sec, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice. Leave out the club soda.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
