Instructions

  1. Put the quince mustard jam and the vodka in the base of a shaker and stir until the jam has dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon juice and egg white.
  3. Shake hard with ice.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, set like a sail.
