Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Grenadine and Angostura Bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lime zest twist.
