Instructions

  1. Cocoa nib-infused Campari
  2. Drop 2 tablespoons of cocoa nibs into a bottle of Campari (70 or 75 cl).
  3. Leave it to infuse for one hour.
  4. Strain out the nibs, pour the Campari back into the bottle and label it clearly.
  5. Drink
  6. Chill a rocks glass.
  7. Add the Irish whiskey, crème de cacao and absinthe to a mixing glass with ice and stir.
  8. Strain into the chilled glass.
