Instructions

  1. Combine 5 ml 1/2 Barspoon (5 Ml) Starfruit Syrup, 44 ml Applejack Brandy, and 44 ml Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  4. Finish with 2 -3 dashes creole bitters on top.
