Instructions

  1. Muddle the strawberry in the bottom of a cocktail tin.
  2. Add the lemon juice, vodka (the lemongrass vodka below), simple syrup, peach schnapps and Peychaud's bitters.
  3. Add ice, shake, and strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with the prosecco.
  5. Garnish with the edible flower, strawberry and lemon twist.
  6. Lemongrass vodka:
  7. Combine 7.5 g of loose-leaf lemongrass tea with 750 ml of vodka, or 3.75 g of tea with 375 ml of vodka.
  8. Let it infuse for 2 hours.
  9. Strain out the tea.
