Instructions

  1. Place some arugula in a mixing glass and muddle it.
  2. Pour vodka, Cynar, St. Germain, a dash of celery bitters, and ice cubes into the glass.
  3. Stir well, then strain twice through a fine mesh into a chilled coupe.
  4. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express oils, rim the edge of the glass with it, and use the peel as a float garnish.
