Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Quarter the plum, then remove the stone and the skin.
  3. Muddle the plum in the bottom of a shaker.
  4. Add the vodka, simple syrup and dry vermouth, fill with ice and shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a plum slice.
