Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Dip the rim in sugar syrup, then in chocolate powder.
  3. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the vodka, crème de cacao, dry vermouth and chocolate bitters.

  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
