Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Cut the plum into quarters and discard the stone and skin.
  3. Muddle the plum in the bottom of a shaker.
  4. Pour in the amaretto and vodka, add ice and shake hard.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Finish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
