- Chill a rocks glass.
- Add the mezcal, pineapple rum, lime juice, crème de banane, Galliano, Cynar, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, pineapple gum syrup, Angostura Bitters and Celery Bitters to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
