Instructions

  1. Coconut cordial:
  2. Mix equal parts by weight of coconut water and white sugar.
  3. Tartaric acid solution:
  4. Mix 1 part cream of tartar with 5 parts water, by weight.
  5. Cocktail:
  6. Chill a rocks glass.
  7. Shake the velvet falernum, lime juice, white rum, coconut cordial and tartaric acid solution with ice.
  8. Fine strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  9. Garnish with an edible flower.
