Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the mezcal, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, pineapple syrup, daiquiri bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
