Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the mezcal, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, passion fruit puree and sugar syrup to a blender with ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lime slice wheel on the rim, half a fresh passion fruit floated on top, or a spoon of passion fruit seeds and flesh in the centre.
