Instructions

  1. Add the Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur, egg white, absinthe and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Add one 6 oz scoop of crushed ice.
  3. Blend until frothy and combined.
  4. Pour into a wine glass.
  5. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve with straws.
