- Mix 10 g Maldon sea salt into a whole bottle of Peychaud's bitters and use this salted bitters in the drink.
- The drink:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the tequila, gin, passion fruit syrup, pear juice, lime juice and the salted bitters.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a pear slice.
