Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Speyside Scotch, Rhum Agricole, Amaro Montenegro, St-Germain, Lemon Juice and Angostura Bitters to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Twist the Lemon Peel over the drink to release its oils.
