Instructions

  1. Two hours ahead, freeze the apple juice as two cubes.
  2. Add the gin, lime juice, honey syrup and cinnamon powder to a shaker together with the frozen apple juice cubes.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, preferably over one large block of ice.
  5. Garnish with a burnt cinnamon roll.
