Nuclear Club Cocktail
🥄0
Stir Jamaican Rum, Dry Vermouth, Velvet Falernum, Green Chartreuse with ice. Strain into a coupe.
One night after my shift ended, I decided to blend ideas from a Nuclear Daiquiri and a Georgetown Club to invent a new stirred rum cocktail. Recognizing that dry vermouth wouldn’t stand up to the potent overproof rum in a Nuclear Daiquiri, I opted for blanc vermouth instead. To enhance the flavor profile, I added a lime twist and orange bitters. The result was a balanced drink named the Nuclear Club Cocktail, inspired by countries with nuclear capabilities.
