- Rim a highball glass with matcha tea and salt and chill it.
- Add mezcal, allspice dram, coconut water, De Kuyper Pineapple Liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and saline solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
