Instructions

  1. Crush the cinnamon stick in a mortar and mix it with the gin. Let it infuse for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Strain the gin into a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the Julöl and the Porter slowly, so the foam stays down.
  4. Stir in the Sockerdricka.
  5. Pour into highball glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
