Instructions

  1. Gently warm the apple juice, white wine and lemon juice in a small pan until hot.
  2. Meanwhile, warm a heatproof highball glass and pour the Drambuie into it.
  3. Pour the hot wine mixture into the glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice pierced with cloves, and add a cinnamon stick to stir with.
