Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the simple syrup, Giffard Crème de framboise, bourbon and lemon juice, then fill with ice.
  3. Shake until cold and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with club soda and stir lightly.
  5. Garnish with raspberries and serve with straws.
