Instructions

  1. Add the Bourbon, Gin, Egg White, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur and Lemon Juice to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake again without ice to build a dense foam.
  5. Fill a rocks glass with ice and fine strain the drink into it.
  6. Garnish with crystallised ginger.
