Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Irish whiskey, apple brandy, Jägermeister, crème de violette, demerara syrup, Angostura bitters and Jerry Thomas bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
