Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the rum, Galliano, crème de cacao and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into the glass.
  4. Top with the club soda.
  5. Pour the raspberry liqueur slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top.
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and three raspberries.
