Instructions

  1. Blend half of the crushed ice, half of the white rum and the strawberry daiquiri mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into the glass.
  3. Rinse the blender clean.
  4. Blend the coconut cream, pineapple juice, the remaining white rum, the rest of the crushed ice and the piña colada mix until evenly smooth.
  5. Pour the piña colada mixture slowly over the strawberry layer so the two stay separate.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
